i will lose 10 kg in 3 months. I will learn to stop bingeing and eat healthily and happily. I will get in the best fitness of my life. I will be proud I finally did it.

I think i could do that. I’ll still eat fish though. We learnt in nutrition that people eat way too much meat. We should only eat a serving the size of the palm of your hand twice a week. It has a huge amount of saturated fat, unlike other protein sources such as legumes, soy, fish and eggs.

I keep giving up.

I’m stronger than that.

Let’s just aim for 1 day at a time. 1 day of exercise and balanced eating will leave me happy at the end.
